How do I create an account and do I need one to place an order?

You can create an account via ‘Register’ at the top right. It’s not required to place an order, but it’s convenient for viewing and tracking orders and returns via track & trace.

How do I update my account details or password?

Go to ‘Account Settings’ in your account to change your details.

Forgot your password? Click on ‘Forgot password?’ when logging in and you’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Orders & Documents

How do I view my previous orders?

In your account overview, click on ‘Orders’. Here you can see your orders and the status of returns.

How do I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices are automatically emailed after your order is completed. Check your inbox or spam folder. Didn’t receive it?
Email support@shop4trac.com with your name, order number and correct email address.

Where can I find my downloadable manual?

You can download manuals via the confirmation page, the confirmation email (click on the blue product title), or in your account under order history. The link becomes available once your payment is completed.

How do I leave a review?

After your purchase, you’ll automatically receive an email with a link to write a review. Your feedback is important.
